I haven't left my home since Friday! I had a little operation on my knee (I keep calling it a little so maybe it will heal faster?) and I can't go anywhere. Just before my operation I droped off my cameras for serious cleaning and I don't even have a camera to play with. So, I am sitting on my couch, and looking through the pictures I have on my laptop and I came across some pictures my daughter took recently. She is into self portraits lately, and using her point and shoot camera she is just snapping pictures like crazy! :)They are so fun to look at! So, since I can't do anything now, I thought how about you guys ask your kids to do some self portraits? If they can hold the camera they can do pictures! I am sure that kids and you will have so much fun! So, here is the deal: each family can send me one picture (one picture per child, self portraits only please!) until March 31st. In the first week of April I will choose the best/funniest/ most creative self portraits. Of course there are age groups: teens (13-17 yrs), preteens (9-12), kids (5-9) and little kids (up to 4 yrs). And there must be a prize: each winner will get a free session with me in April!
So, give your kids a camera and ask them to have fun with it! Please email your picks to danutamphotography@yahoo.com. Each email have to have your name, address and phone number and of course your child's name and age.
If you have friends/family with kids that you think they might enjoy doing this, forward this email to them too! So, start snapping pictures! I can't wait to see your pictures!
